And it helps to keep a diary too. I was successful at losing much of the weight I had to lose. I kept a diary AND added walking. I have slid on my commitment to both of these. Time to get back on track!
Thanks for visting my site. I completely understand the ups & downs of 'dieting'. The thing that I like to focus on is not looking at the scale, but to focus on how you feel. When you combine a simple fitness program with some cardio and proper eating (nothing too crazy), everything will fall into place. The key is knowing what to do and how you are suppose to do it, which eliminates the guesswork. You'd be amazed by doing the right things 30 minutes a day can make such a difference.
