I am a lifetime drugfree world champion powerlifter. I've lifted in five different weight classes and I've set World, National, State, and Regional records in all of the different weight categories.

It's a please to take what I've learned and put it in the hands of people who love to thrive on doing well and who can truly appreciate it. It's also great to have equal reciprocations with people that I deal with. Nowadays, people seem to want, want, want and they have nothing to give back.

Keeping an open heart, an open mind and equally reaching out is important to me.
