Hi Sherry, Thanks for stopping by my page to say hi. Yes I'm doing well. Busy helping Dave open a new karate school..lot's of paperwork and legwork. How are you doing?
Aside from Sherry, you are the only one who took the time to stop by and leave kind words. I even talked about it in the shout box and needing a bit of TLC. Some times I I wonder about the true authenticity and caring of the people here beyond the small group that seem to connect and interact with each other. Beautiful people to me...are beautiful inside and out....nit just where the splash and hooplah are! On that note...sincere THANKS to you from my heart!!!! This is adifficult time for me because she was so special.
With deep appreciation.....Yvonne
Hi Yvonne, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. What a wonderful web page you've created for her. It sounds like she was a lovely person. How blessed you must be to have known her.
It is my absolute pleasure to have you contribute yourself as our Natural Living Relaxation Editor. I am thrilled with the possibilities in store. See what Jason's Network has brought together!
Thanks Christy...I took the picture myself. It's Lake Oconee...in GA of course. Your site is pretty cool too! I have a lot more to add but not enough time to do it.
[Oh yes, he is sometimes a bit of a challange. But, he is rather spoiled he is currently eat the rest of my cous cous...I live in Miami and they actually have doggy spas and puppy meditation..I have yet to test out the concept. I think its kinda weird to do that stuff. I don't want to be one of those dog owners. LOL!"]

LOL...I'm sure you are a good parent to him. Our new dog is a 4 year old lab that was given to us by a family who couldn't have him anymore. His name is Harley. My Sheppard mix Nikki is being a little territorial but they are getting along fine now.
Glad you are doing well, I'm great! We just brought a new dog home last night and getting him acclimated to the family.

Thanks! I'd love to share my idea about Project Give. I put a short one page web site with my basic ideas at:
http://www.projectgive.net
The idea is to show people that giving is a way of living and that what you give comes back to you. As a speaker, I want to give money away to people in $100 increments on two conditions. One, they don't use the money on themselves or family but that they use it to make a difference in the world. Two, they follow up with me on how they used it.
I'm starting by creating a demo video which I plan to have finished by Christmas (maybe sooner...) Then I'm going to try and find corporate sponsors to do this on a wide scale to high school and college audiences. Plus, I will talk about other ways of giving to...I hope this inspires people to continually look for ways to give!
Anyway, you can find out a little bit at the web site above. I have a talk this Sunday and will be giving away my first $100. And I know of a young boy in Africa that wants to do Project Give in Africa. So this is all very exciting!
If you have any more questions, please let me know.
Christy, I would be honored if you posted my interview on meditation on your website. Thanks so much! I'm assuming you have the embed link on YouTube or whatever you need. If not, please let me know...Blessings of peace and love, Lisa

Hi Sheila, thanks for the compliment on my site. I take the Ob One Collegan every day and it tastes great. You mix a tablespoon in about 4 oz of water. You can order it on my site www.mytrilogy.com/christy it retails for $90.00 plus shipping which is a month supply. You can get it cheaper if you become a preferred member. Let me know if you have any questions or need help with the site. Hugs, Christy

Christy, Thank you for posting that message. I didn't know when Jason was going to have that out there, so I'll have to check it out. I'm going to be in trouble when Jason finds out that I didn't heard it yet. But that's okay, I'll let him know. Thank you so much for posting such a positive message. Keep reaching for your goals and dreams and making the best out of life.
Good to meet you. We're both big on health it would appear. I help people overcome bipolar using a suystem I tested on myself to survive. Although it has many steps, the first and most important step is nutrient based.
Wow! I love your site! Your need to discover Hypno-Yoga on our site at www.gmbooks.com and Ellen Heuer our author who created a beautiful DVD photographed in the Rain Forest of Costa Rica. The words sensitive and in touch come to mind in seeing your site. Thank you for inviting me to join in your journey. I continue to be amazed at the wide world of great people out there... you makes all of us feel less alone.
