I spent many years in retail management. The last 18 years I have been working for the State of Florida. My title is 'Operations and Management Consultant'.

I specialize in stress management and am owner of www.abc-stress.com, I continuously write articles for this site and others to offer the public alternatives on how to survive through stressful experiences as well as many tips and techniques on a magnitude of subjects to help reduce or eliminate stress that occurs in every day life.
