Beloved Family of Light, you are truly passing through energies of deep Transformation and Change. Since the activations of the Sacred Rose Grids and Portals on the 11:11 of 2009, and the powerful Lunar and Solar activity of the first two months of this year, you have indeed felt the Acceleration of the Cosmic pulse as it is received on Earth. This is affecting the Magnetic grids of the Planet and the weather patterns in both hemispheres. This is a powerful shift, and it brings in its wake great blessings, even if it is being experienced right now in ways that are stressful and difficult for many of you. These times will pass, and at least by the Equinox of March you will have regained your inner and outer balance after this intense wave of Cosmic energy.

Beloved Ones, the March Equinox will be something of an "Emergence" in the next steps of your spiritual and physical evolution. Many of you will benefit from the ongoing activations and transformations that have been experienced at the Pineal Gland, in the Brow and Crown Chakras and within the DNA. You will begin to notice that you are entering into new perceptions and new and deeper gifts and abilities as your Light Body receives more Light and this is transmitted to the physical structures of the Brain, the Pineal and Pituitary glands and the Heart, especially the Thymus Gland and the High Heart Chakra. This will expand and intensify your ability to see, hear and communicate on the Higher Dimensions and with increased intuitive ability.

This means, Beloved Ones, that you will become able to access your gifts of empathy and telepathy more clearly. You will begin to communicate more with the Heart and the Feelings, with intuition, than with words. As you enter into these intuitive modes of being, you will still appreciate the gifts of language and words, but you will become more aware of the energy behind words, rather than the "meaning" on the mental level only. Silence will become as important as words. The ability to be in silence and to feel the energy of Love in that silence will become more important in this New Energy that you will enter into after the March Equinox.

Indeed, Beloveds, at this March Equinox, the energy of the Sacred Rose will become stable and open, and will be Shimmering and Radiant, and will illuminate the Planet in a Golden Light. This is the Golden Light of Ascended Unconditional Love, that which we call the "Christ Consciousness". This is the Perfect Balance of Heaven and Earth, expressing the Divine Love of Source through Human Form. We would indeed encourage you to join together in Sacred Ceremony on this date to celebrate this grounding of the Cosmic Christ energy and your own rapid ascension or acceleration into new ways of Being.

Those of you who have activated your "Grail Codes" and become receptacles for the Golden Light of Unconditional Love, will also have intensified abilities to manifest and to heal. The opening of the Sacred Rose and the Crown Chakra will intensify the ability to see and hear on the Higher Levels. The Gates of Perception will be fully opened to those who are awakened and ready to emerge to this new level of being and living. Beloved Ones, you are the pioneers, the ones who will access these new abilities so that all humanity might also discover their birthright as the "Holy Grail", the Physical Vehicle for the Light and Love of Spirit.

Beloved Ones, we in the Angelic Realms ask that you become more conscious of what you Are. As Human Angels, you do indeed have access to great personal power that flows from the Divine Light within. This is a power that can only be used for the Highest Good of All. It is the power to Love, to Heal, to Manifest, and to Nurture. We ask you to Accept and Receive it, and to Honor it and to treat it with Great Respect and Gratitude. This is the gift that has been two thousand years developing within Humanity, and is now being birthed in You.

Soon will emerge a real understanding of the New Humanity and its Gifts of Love. These gifts are gifts of Beauty and Love, for there is nothing to fear. Many of you have been hesitant to embrace your abilities because of past life echoes of persecution for the expression of such gifts. But know, that in this time, it is the right time for you to accept that the ability to be a channel for Divine Miracles is the purpose of the New Earth Human Angelic physical form.

The Elemental Synthesis : March 2010

Beloved Family of Light, in this last acceleration of the Light Frequencies, you have experienced many extremes of weather and earth conditions and movements. There has been chaos in the Elemental Realms as the energies have surged between the Cosmic Heart, the Solar Heart and the Earth itself. The Elementals have responded in their own way with a desire to cleanse and heal and celebrate.

But, Beloved Ones, we would suggest most kindly that it is time that more of you took up your responsibilities as Earth Keepers and entered into partnerships and working relationships with Nature and the Elemental energies.

At the March Equinox of 2009, you celebrated the Elemental Reconnection that would allow you to co-create the New Earth in partnership with the Elementals and with Nature. But, so few of you are as yet working with that partnership. In the New Earth, you will find Oneness with plants, animals, minerals, as well as fellow humans. Your gifts of communication and healing will be exercised in partnership with these other beings who share the planet.

Beloveds, each one of you can create what we call a "biosphere", even in your own home however small that is. This is a "sphere" of energy that is devoted to your relationship with plants, animals and minerals. It can be as small as a pot plant and some crystals, that is your Sacred Bridge to the Elemental Kingdoms, or it can be a Garden that celebrates the dance of the Elemental Energies of Nature.

There have been many examples of those beautiful souls who have learned how to communicate with Animals and Nature, and to grow plants with love for pleasure and for food. Also, in the past, all Sacred Spaces and Temples were graced with beautiful gardens to celebrate the working partnership between Spirit, Humans, Angels and the Elementals energies. You have forgotten this because many of you visit Sacred Sites as tourists, and you do not see that once these sites were places of great sacredness where Nature was held sacred as well.

In your modern cities, you have forgotten nature, and you see growing trees and plants simply as food or resources. But, these Living Beings were created to experience Joy and to bring you Joy in Sacred partnerships.

Know, Beloved Ones, that when you fully enter into Sacred Partnership with Nature and the Elemental energies, you will have the ability to communicate with them. This will mean that you will know of extreme weather patterns and you will be able to modify such patterns through Elemental and Human co-operation. This will be a loving co-operation and not an aggressive manipulation in the name of "science". Your scientists are perceived by the Elemental Kingdom as aggressive, hostile and lacking in respect for the sacredness of life. Is it any wonder that this is what you see in the mirror when you contemplate so-called "natural disasters". Is it not time to begin to show respect, sanctity, and love, so that these energies may be reflected back?

Beloved Ones, creating a "biosphere" energy allows you to create a small sphere of energy where Nature and Elemental energy are respected and loved, and where Human energy and Elemental energy thrive together. These various "spheres" will begin to resonate together and will link up in a grid of love that will provide the foundation for a more loving and peaceful relationship with nature and the Elemental energies. Each of you can contribute, and at the March Equinox celebrations it would be good to invite the Elemental energies and to celebrate a year of Partnership and Love in the New Earth.

Sacred Union and Partnership in the New Earth Energy

Beloved Ones, in the next two years you will be increasingly focused on the energy of Partnership and Relationship, and especially Sacred Union. This will be because as you enter the Fifth Dimension of Light, you will become more aware of what we will call the "Fractal Pattern of Oneness". This is the Original Template of Creation, where the One becomes Two, and the Two become One in order to create. Yes, it is a wonderful paradox that describes the Pulses and Cycles of the Dance of Life.

So, you will perceive that the Essence of "Oneness" is expressed in Diversity and in Co-operation through Partnership. Only by experiencing partnership can the Power of the One be achieved, whether through Inner Partnerships or between those expressed in the Outer Reality as a Mirror for the Dance of Life. So, you will be increasingly focused on ways to express Partnership on all levels and how to be in Partnerships that are a true expression of your Inner Essence of Divine Love.

To assist this process, the Celestial Body of Saturn in your Solar System is passing through the Seventh House of Libra, and will be there until the end of 2012, with a brief retrograde into Virgo from mid April to July of this year. The Seventh House is the place of Partnership and Sacred Union, of Harmony and Balance. Saturn is the agent of Restructuring Energy, and in this upcoming two year period you will indeed experience a complete restructuring of the ideas of Union and Partnership to a frequency of Harmony and Love beyond that of the old energies of Power and Sexual Exchange.

All partnerships in the Fifth Dimension will resonate with the "blueprint" or pattern of Sacred Union, in Love, Balance and Harmony.

Those who actively seek the intention of Sacred Union in a Twin Flame partnership will find this easier to achieve. They will be supported by the Flowering of the Sacred Rose energies, and the Energy of Restructuring that will finally dissolve the old patterns and allow for the establishment of New Patterns of Love, Commitment and Joy in the Light.

Indeed, Beloveds, this is a Blessed time of great change, and you are seeing all that you have desired and worked for beginning to manifest into Physical Form. But, there is still much to come, and we ask you to continue to hold the Light in Joy, Peace and Love.

The Energies for March 2010

The Sun will be in Pisces until the 21st if March, when it moves into Aries. The March Equinox, Spring in the North and Autumn in the South, falls on the 20th of March.

The New Moon is on the 15th of March, and is in Pisces. At this time, when the energy is ruled by Neptune, the planet of Higher Love and Ideals, it is a good time to reaffirm your commitment to serving the Light and the Highest Good in the year that lies ahead.

The Full Moon, on the 30th March, is in Libra, the House of Relationship and Partnership. Now is the time to create a Sacred Space of Meditation to begin your own Process of Restructuring your Partnerships and Relationships into Alignment with the Balance, Harmony and Love of the New Earth Energy.

The reason why the information in the Course is so difficult to understand is because it is referencing Natural Law and natural ability. This has caused much confusion, as our world references intellectual skill and physical law, or force and manipulation, as reality. It is impossible to use skill to define Natural Law or natural ability, as belief does not understand what this means. Miracles are necessary to understand and make use of this information necessary to direct Natural Law through natural ability.


In order to define Natural Law, its value must be explored through natural ability. Natural ability is defined as our Spiritual Inheritance. Our Spiritual Inheritance is eternal and connects us to Natural Law. Unlocking the secrets of Natural Law will not occur until natural ability is clearly defined. This occurs as the individual begins to recognize there must be a better way.
Because we are moving into a New World application of time through evolution, it will be necessary to learn to live within the boundaries set by Natural Law. As it is perceived in our world now, humankind is living outside of the boundaries of Natural Law. This is why world governments and the people are being forced to change. As the Earth listens to the Higher Universal Frequency being emitted, it is gearing up for this transformation process. This can be viewed by earthquakes, fire, tsunami, volcano eruptions, ice caps melting, and etc.
Because the Earth is in tune with what people cannot hear, the people must begin to learn to listen to a new round of information and interpretation entering through this same Higher Sound. Right now this Sound is being used primarily for technological purposes, which has advanced the skill level of the world, but has done nothing to teach the people how to live within the boundaries of Natural Law. Because it is impossible to educate natural ability by using skill, it is necessary to retrain the mind to look at everything in a new way. By learning to seek for new natural way of understanding a whole new level of emotional maturity will open, which will catapult our world into a whole New World reference of understanding higher natural value.
Natural ability is learned by seeking to understand higher natural value. This value comes by understanding emotional integrity over skill.
Placing the intellect over emotional stability has placed this world at odds with natural consistency necessary for a global foundation. Consistency is how Natural Law uses to define reality. By placing intellectual skill over emotional natural ability, the foundation of the world is not stable. The effects of this can be understood by the impact of this instability on the foundation of the Earth itself. Humankind can build buildings, but it only takes a minute for Natural Law to destroy them. Our world is not in alignment with the Natural Law, which would naturally provide protection, if it were operating at the same level of emotional integrity.

Michael invited me to read Chapter 1 of a book he had wr...
After reading it I realized and told Michael that I felt right now the way he did before he had entered this contest. Like I had all this knowledge and that I was supposed to help people with it...but didn't. After asking me if I was interested in talking with him about what I was feeling, and me keeping my heart open and saying 'yes' to his assistance even though I 'always do everything on my own,' we made a date to talk.

In the interest of keeping this brief, I will only generally explain the technique he used with me. Micheal took me through some breathing exercises and visualization to help heal a part of my inner child. I have done inner child work before - and much healing, but told him I was sure there was probably something in there that wanted to be exposed and healed! And to be honest I was a little nervous at what I might find AND because I had been feeling so great lately, wasn't sure if anything that needed to be healed would come to the surface!

Releasing my expectation and surrendering to the process and the moment, Michael took me through some breathing exercises. When we finished those, Michael asked me what I felt in my body - and strangely, my feet were uncomfortably cold. We went into the feeling and he asked me if there was an emotion attached to this feeling. I surprised myself when I immediately said "sadness." He then asked me what my earliest childhood memory of feeling this sadness was and to tell him what came up. I couldn't believe it when I pictured myself as a baby - just having been born and feeling so sad saying, "I didn't want to come back here...I don't want to be here again." I was overwhelmed with that sadness and started to cry as I have had that feeling many times in my life but didn't know where that was coming from. I haven't had the best life, but it was a lot better than other people. The tears kept flowing as Michael gently, lovingly and sweetly guided me to embrace that baby and put her in my heart and remind me of why I DID come back. Then we brought all my power spirits into my heart as well.

Please friend Michael if you haven't already and have a chat with him. He can better tell you the process if you have questions. I liked it because he made the process quick and simple and he is so gentle, warm and loving. (I kept thinking how wonderfully grandfatherly he was!)

As I thanked him he beautifully reminded me that he was "just an extension of you." As we ALL are to each other!

I mean to walk that narrow line, in semi high heels, between tasteful furry leopard prints pants and, let's say... spandex full body suits in leopard prints. Which is a look that I, here is the graciousness already!, will spare you.
I intend, just a sec, I have to get these damn shoes off, they are gorgeous but ornamental, ...to really pay attention to my intuition, really get to know myself.

It is a popular activity at this age. I can see why. The world gets blippier and blippier and it turns out, kinda remarkably, that I am the stability in the picture. Phhha.

I intend to do justice to the term 'Elder'. It is funnier than you think. There. Wisdom.

Even though I have been advised by a fashion expert, my sister, that blue eye shadow is not attractive on anybody, absolutely anybody, at any age,for any reason (she was that adamant) I was only temporarily disappointed.
It may be in style, which we all know has little to nothing to do with looking good, in 9 years. At which point I believe, I have promised myself that I can wear it. For some people a purple hat signals the insouciance of age ... for me, it is blue eye shadow. Sparkly, cobalt blue smeared liberally over the eyelid, almost, but not quite, up to the brow... perhaps a few daring daubs flirting a little too close to the nose. I can hardly wait.

And a laugh like a gatling gun. Which one has to practice. Frequently, so most people around one aren't startled. Kind, huh?

Already it sounds so superficial... all about looks.
I intend to finally be OK with that. Anything fractious from this moment on will be met with.... SO? Very versatile, in intonations. So? SO! so? See?

Oh yes.. to finish that thread started earlier about listening to myself. I mean to share the information. With every and any one that cares to listen. I may even offer the occasional zinger even those who don't, care to listen, that is.

Because I am 51 and wise.

Problems are created by the sense of separation which pervades the material stages of consciousness. These problems can be healed by the sense of integration experienced in the spiritual stages of consciousness.

A sense of guilt is very common in the material stages of consciousness. In these, guilt can run rampant, causing severe limitation in a person’s path of spiritual development. A sense of guilt can spring from a real cause, such as a failure to live up to an obligation to help another person, or it can have its roots in imaginary fears. After all, guilt is one of the many manifestations of fear.

For example, a person can worry that they may be spiritually inadequate, even a sinner, perhaps. This creates the fear that God will not love them.

Such thoughts are created within the material range of consciousness. However, upon moving into the spiritual stages of consciousness, the reality changes radically. It’s as if, in the spiritual world, the opposite is true. Instead of worrying about a lack of God’s love, your main challenge is to channel the unlimited love which fills the universe without being too distracted from your daily life by all of this wonderful energy.

One of the main sources of guilt in modern society is the idea that humankind once fell from grace, and therefore it is fundamentally flawed. The question is, are we descended from sinners or are we simply part of an adventure where we explore life in a particularly realistic way thanks to our spiritual disconnection? I think that the answer lies, oddly enough, with the Ford Motor Company!

The Ford Motor Company has built millions of cars over the decades. Some of them have later been found to have defects. Invariably, serious defects have led to complete recalls of the affected cars so that the faults can be promptly corrected.

Now, if a manufacturer of cars can be so efficient in fixing any defects in the cars they make, why would God be any less efficient in fixing an alleged fault in the creation called humanity? Unless, of course, it’s not a fault but actually a design feature.

God, the Creator of humanity, did not recall humanity to correct the alleged fault of spiritual disconnection. Therefore, it must be a design feature and not a fault. The way I suggest creating such statements and guiding the evolution of your business is to use the Visioning Process. The Visioning Process was birthed about thirty years ago and utilizes a blending of prayer and meditation to tap into the highest ideal for a group, organization, or individual’s life. The process itself is very relaxing and non competitive. You can create a Visioning group of as many people as you like and follow a simple process to listen to the highest calling of your group. Visioning allows you to sit in the silence and as Spirit a number of specific questions that will reveal what is being called forth in your business. the process however is rather counter-intuitive to the normal way of conducting business. The process itself is a lot like cooking rice. If you try to rush the process everything gets sticky. If however you are patient enough to allow the simmer to run its course you get a delicious taste of Spirit. The process requires us to have patience and let the process run its course. Throughout the experience of Visioning each participant will receive different impression for each question and after several Visioning each participant will receive different impression for each question and after several Visioning sessions you can compare notes and look for common denominators or themes. These themes then can be used to inform your decision making process. All this eventually leads to an understanding of what “want to be done”.

The process can be used to tap into the Diving Guidance concerning any idea, project, product, or service. The key is to stay with the process and not rush forward to take cation too soon. How then can this help create the all important mission and vision statements? Eventually there will be answers to the Visioning questions that simply never go away. These gems of insight can be the starting point from which you can craft your guiding statements, common values, and such. The process itself is not a quick one day event. It will take time and I assure you the time invested will pay off in a larger way than any brainstorming or discernment process ever could.

The Visioning Process never truly ends. Once utilized your employees, managers, and leaders will see that continual Visioning leads to continual insights as to the evolution and success of your business. Many who have read this message have found it to be incredibly inspiring, but question whether the story is really true. The author is highly respected Joe Vitale, an inspirational speaker, prolific author, and one of the main individuals featured in the popular inspiring film, The Secret.
Joe Vitale personally verified the story about the humble Dr. Len – which he also originally found too good to be true – and has gone on to work with Dr. Len and even co-author a book with him. Materials are included after the story for you to verify what is presented and explore further.

Simple Steps to Healing: I'm Sorry, I Love You

Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients – without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved.
When I first heard this story, I thought it was an urban legend. How could anyone heal anyone else by healing himself? How could even the best self-improvement master cure the criminally insane?
It didn't make any sense. It wasn't logical, so I dismissed the story.
However, I heard it again a year later. I heard that the therapist had used a Hawaiian healing process called ho'oponopono. I had never heard of it, yet I couldn't let it leave my mind. If the story was at all true, I had to know more.
I had always understood "total responsibility" to mean that I am responsible for what I think and do. Beyond that, it's out of my hands. I think that most people think of total responsibility that way. We're responsible for what we do, not what anyone else does. The Hawaiian therapist who healed those mentally ill people would teach me an advanced new perspective about total responsibility.
His name is Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. We probably spent an hour talking on our first phone call. I asked him to tell me the complete story of his work as a therapist. He explained that he worked at Hawaii State Hospital for four years. That ward where they kept the criminally insane was dangerous. Psychologists quit on a monthly basis. The staff called in sick a lot or simply quit. People would walk through that ward with their backs against the wall, afraid of being attacked by patients. It was not a pleasant place to live, work, or visit.
Dr. Len told me that he never saw patients. He agreed to have an office and to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself. As he worked on himself, patients began to heal.
"After a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely," he told me. "Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications. And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed."
I was in awe.
"Not only that," he went on, "but the staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared. We ended up with more staff than we needed because patients were being released, and all the staff was showing up to work."
This is where I had to ask the million dollar question: "What were you doing within yourself that caused those people to change?"
"I was simply healing the part of me that created them," he said.
I didn't understand.
Dr. Len explained that total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life – simply because it is in your life – is your responsibility. In a literal sense the entire world is your creation.
Whew. This is tough to swallow. Being responsible for what I say or do is one thing. Being responsible for what everyone in my life says or does is quite another. Yet, the truth is this: if you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life.
This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy – anything you experience and don't like – is up for you to heal. They don't exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projections from inside you. The problem isn't with them, it's with you, and to change them, you have to change you.
I know this is tough to grasp, let alone accept or actually live. Blame is far easier than total responsibility, but as I spoke with Dr. Len, I began to realize that healing for him and in ho'oponopono means loving yourself. If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone – even a mentally ill criminal – you do it by healing you.
I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. What was he doing, exactly, when he looked at those patients' files?
"I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again," he explained.
That's it?
That's it.
Turns out that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, you improve your world. Let me give you a quick example of how this works: one day, someone sent me an email that upset me. In the past I would have handled it by working on my emotional hot buttons or by trying to reason with the person who sent the nasty message. This time, I decided to try Dr. Len's method. I kept silently saying, "I'm sorry" and "I love you." I didn't say it to anyone in particular. I was simply evoking the spirit of love to heal within me what was creating the outer circumstance.
Within an hour I got an e-mail from the same person. He apologized for his previous message. Keep in mind that I didn't take any outward action to get that apology. I didn't even write him back. Yet, by saying "I love you," I somehow healed within me what was creating him.
In short, [Dr. Len says] there is no out there. It would take a whole book to explain this advanced technique with the depth it deserves. Suffice it to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there's only one place to look: inside you.
And when you look, do it with love.

Whenever a place for healing presents itself in your life, open to the place where the hurt resides within you. After identifying this place, with as much feeling as you can, say the below four statements:

I have seen too many lives just "slip sliding away.
Although the context I will reference has to do with addictions, it relates as appropriately to any major life change a person makes. As an example, I have seen people who have spent a lot of time and money on weight loss just let their progress slip slide away.
"Slips", in my opinion, are a planned action. They don't just happen. If you’re not in tune with your internal thought process, they can, to your conscious mind, just happen but in the subconscious the slip is premeditated.
There are many ways to safe guard against going dramatically backwards and it is something I address in depth with those I work with. This like getting over any denial and 100% acceptance, living a holistically balance life, enjoying reasonable self-esteem- all these things and more insure regression doesn't take place.
While you may not specifically have an addiction problem, you will likely relate to this passage as easily as the addicted:
Slipping
A common rationalization about not making the program goes like this: "Harry over there slipped ten times before he made it. So what if I slip a few times?"
What is overlooked is that the last time Jack slipped, he slipped into a coffin; the last time Bob slipped, his baby son burned to death in a crib because of Bob's negligence, the last time Ann slipped, she got strychnine poisoning and became blind; and the last time Jim slipped, he tried to kill his wife and nearly did.
We're not playing games here. This is a matter of life and death.
Have I stopped slipping?

I certainly don't mean to be dramatic, but achieving the place you want to be in your life is a serious business, and not being serious about change can be fatal. I've been to the funerals (and not just of addicted people) to know it to be true.
