The many different ways we percieve beauty
We all have different ways we perceive beauty. Some people are gorgeous to look at, breath taking, some have inner beauty, some are lucky enough to have both. Ever look at a beautiful woman, and then have a conversation with her and OMG she is self centered, and boring beyond belief! There is that rare person that has it all. Also, we see models who have so much make up on that you can't even see the real person. Oh, but then even if we could, air brushing takes place so that she/he is "perfect". My pet peave is seeing a 50 year old actress/model on the front of a magazine, with no wrinkles, lines, imperfections. How did that happen? Oh I forgot, the magic of photo shop.
I see beauty all around. My elderly mother is beautiful. The wisdom and warmth in her eyes. She doesn't have to wear make up to see her beauty. A baby's smile. A bride, always beautiful.
How about we talk about the beauty around us, including the fashionable people out there. Hey, they are good to look at!!
