Hello!

My name is Erica and I'm a newbie.  I just wanted to introduce myself and let you all know how much I look forward to exchanging information and helping one another!

I am a fibromyalgia and chronic myofascial pain sufferer - have been for too many years.  I have been researching FM and all of the other conditions that are associated with it and the research is ongoing.  My goal is to learn all I can and help other chronic pain sufferers avoid some of the pitfalls and roadblocks that they are constantly faced with.  I am hoping that by sharing my experience, I can help inform them of all the options for treatment that are out there, how to approach and deal with their doctors, what to avoid, provide support, information, and help in any way I can!

I am doing this through articles, blogs and my website.  I have recently been looking at EFT and feel it could be beneficial to FM, CFS, MPS(CMP), IBS, etc. I would love to hear from anyone who has experience with these syndromes and illnesses and learn from you as well as gain feedback that will help me make my mission stronger!

I look forward to meeting all of you!

Warmest Regards,

Erica

DXM

I too have done much research on Fibromyalgia.  I've found that using DXM with a couple of extra strength Tylenol helps greatly with skin sensitivity and pain.  I also make sure I get at least 8+ hours of sleep and eat properly.  Have you tried this?

xoxoxo,

PeeJay
