I've finally sent my 1st book off to the editor's for finaly proofing. The book is titled "Grilldog's Guide to Food, Fun and Friends". The book is full of stories, pictures and of course the recipes that Grilldog first designed back in the early 90's. We are hoping for the book to be on sale via the internet by October 31st 2008. I've also started writing my second book which will be an episode guide with lots of inside information on the first 50 episodes as well as recipes from the shows.

About 3 years ago I started filming and airing a cooking show in San Diego called Grilldog Presents: It's a lot of fun and every educational and you'll get a laugh. I've started posting 2 5-10 minute episodes of the show on my forum of the shows we've currently have completed. Just because my name is Grilldog doesn't mean every show is about Grilling. We have done Pasta, Sushi, eggs and a lot more. We currently air across the United States, New Zealand and Australia.

We also appear on many Public Access Stations that air our show advertising for community awareness and free speech. Public Access TV is a great media for citzens or organizations to reach out to their communities.

Thanks gang for all your comments and support. I know I'm super busy these days. We just finished up another set of 4 shows, I've got three filmed that need to be edited quickly and planning a 4^th one for June 14^th, Road Kill II: The Massacre (it's going to be one killer of a show, yes it's a food show!). My Recipe book, "Grilldog's Guide to Food, Fun and Friends" has been in the works for several YEARS and with Grillpup being pregnant we decided that I needed to get off the pot and finish it. Also, dealing with the pregnancy (our first) can be frustrating at times. I'm hoping to have the Final Draft Version completed by the 4^th of July, I have an editor that is going to do the final proof so I'm hoping to have it ready for Christmas this year. We're still airing in 100's of cities around the world and I have a headache LOL Plus I have a 9-5, M-F regular job, let's not forget marketing everything I do on top of that. I've damaged my rotator cup and have to start Physical Therapy next week. Anyway, I try to come on when I can. However, I promise if anyone contacts me I will always do my best to provide a response and that's a Grilldog's promise that you can count on with a four paws and a tail salute!

Hi. The videos are on you tube on my site grilldogpresents. You might be able to do a search for Grilldog. Also my forum www.grilldog.com/forum I have them posted as well. Since it takes so long to post on You Tube I can only really post one or two episodes a day. Right now I think I'm up to the 11th out of 29 shows. If you see anything I love to get comments good or bad. Thanks :-)
