thanks for asking. I was out of circulation for a while for health reasons, but I'm fine now. THE BOOK I had put on the web, but took it down again, because all of a sudden I didn't like a few aspects of it. I am re-writing it now and will put it back again. Then I will also publish it as a "proper" book.
