breathing in and out, hiking, yoga, meditation, enjoying a good story, catching up with friends, spending time with family.

if it's a good story-I'm in. Also my favorite way to weather the sniffles is on the couch, tea nearby old movie on, as I snooze. Now that's a healing treatment....of sorts....:-)

Watching/listening to live, original music is a favorite experience of mine-I love the raw energy that is emitted. Also large choral groups tend to push a lot of Qi- I love it. PERSONAL TID BIT AHEAD-
My son is a musician, I've been going to his gigs since he was a teenager(now in his early 20's), at first I went to oversee underage musicians in a bar, and occasionally as a roadie, but always-to date as a fan. Now our family has grown, my son in law (daughters husband) is also a musician so I have more dates to go to. I try to attend all that have a start time before 10 pm...( I like my sleep too)

What can I say, I'm a virgo- so I appreciate well crafted reference material. James Endredy's "Beyond 2012" is a current favorite. Anything by or reviewing the work of Yogi Bhajan can catch my attention. I also like a good story. I enjoy anything that has some references I can relate to that also takes me somewhere I've not been to often or at all. "Shanteram" is an example, and recently, "The Mermaids chair".

First born in the US, last born among my siblings...only girl...curly hair-some might say I was "spoiled" as a youngster but they only saw things form a limited lens....spoiled or cherished I grew up to be a teacher and a healer, a mother and a friend. Trying to keep it going- with passion and a steady even pulse.
