I'm excited to discover you, how much we have in common and

to know that we are friends.  Not only that, I can already see

that we could potentially do some amazing things together. 

You might be interested in my Truly Cultured book on fermentation, microorganisms, and the healthy lactofermented foods that can improve gut flora.  So critical with so many kids, especially key in the whole autism epidemic we're seeing. 

But I haven't publicized the fact that we're just editing the new

10 minute video:  Why's and How-to's of Live, Cultured Foods,

which is a complete capsule of the basics of lactofermented foods and how to get started with the easiest ones.   This is a great little video that Body Ecology coach Dan Corrigan, of
www.Autism Freedom.com and I did together.  I will be making it available in a package with Taste of Truly Cultured E-Book and other information, including the "Time are Tough, but You Can Be Healthier and EAT FOR $40 A WEEK -- Or LESS!.  

You sound so dynamic and are doing such GREAT work.  I really look forward to exploring each other's skills and potential jv activities. 

One of the new areas I'm starting to work on is adapting my food circle wholistic community building vision and template to material that can be communicated to kids so they can see what it really means to be healthy, whole and Truly Cultured!
