Salsa dancing, travel, confidence, motivation, hiking, hanging at the beach and digging my toes in the sand, lingering over a delicious meal at a romantic restaurant, taking long drives, great conversation

Not listening, not asking how my day went, smoking, doing drugs, laziness, patronizing, judging, NEGATIVITY!

I was always a "Goodie-Two-Shoes" doing as mommy and daddy would have wanted me to do to the point where I sacrificed my dreams to be a bit more mainstream. Graduating with honors from my Master's program, I became a Federal Probation and Parole Officer for the US Government working with sex offenders. While I felt competent in my job and helped hundreds of new offenders find a new way to live, I was miserable working for an adminstration that provided no support or positive reinforcement. So, this sassy, no-nonsense gal graduated from two different Life Coaching schools and started a small part-time practice alongside government work. Finally, after 10 years working in criminal justice, I finally got the guts to give it all up, rent out my beautiful condo and move to Spain and Portugal, a dream I had for 20 years. I closed down my Coaching practice and headed to volunteer in a small pueblo in Castuera, Spain.
Returning in July 2007, I had no idea what I would do: would I return to full-time work or set out to be the entrepreneur I envisioned? I chose to sit in the stillness and have the answer come to me. When the phone started ringing with old clients asking if I was ready to coach again, I knew this was my calling.
Today, my coaching and speaking practice, Extreme Dream Training and Coaching International is headquartered in Burbank, CA where I coach entrepreneurs, creatives and small businesses. Our motto is, "Where the unconventional is the mainstream" and we challenge individuals and small businesses to buck the system and not be status quo!
