The President-elect lives in my neighborhood...

We are living history in the making. Right here and right Now.
Sen. Barack Obama, a Hyde Park neighbor of mine was overwhelmingly elected to become the 44th President of the United States on November 4, 2008. This was a candidate who build the bridges to voters-both new and old across race, income, location and party affiliation lines. The American people responded by using this chance and opportunity to allow their voice, their strong collective voice to be heard.
They voted for positive change, in a Spirit of Unity within all communities. In addition to the crowd of several hundred thousand that gathered in Grant Park in downtown Chicago, in neighborhoods, and in individual homes throughout our land to celebrate the first African American to hold this prestigious office, I offer my gratitude and thanks for a person who was willing to embrace unfavorable odds and believe that he had a program of change that all could believe in. May we all move forward in faith, hope and love, embracing positive change and not being afraid to become the agent of change that is needed in our hearts, minds, and in our land right here, and right now, today.
Senator Obama, our President-elect demonstrated that dreams in this land do come true. What is your greatest dream that you would like to see come true? Drop me an email, I would would to hear from you. If you feel your dream is too big, too out of reach, I would be very willing to help you explore the limits of unlimited possibilities that exist in you, and in the Universe of Positive Change.
