If you haven't been following some of the personal blogs out here, you might have missed one started by
Marina earlier this week called "
AUTHENTICITY, FLOW AND THE REAL ME" regarding feeling "ill" and needing to recharge. Several others have commented that they are also feeling like their energy is all over the place, and that they feel more emotional, more sensitive and sometimes even a bit "ill" as they manifest these energy changes directly into their bodies.
I've decided to move the topic into our discussion area to see if anyone else is noticing this shift in emotions. I wonder if a lot of it is due to the approaching elections, which are surrounded by high levels of controversy and emotion.. or possibly the economy with its feeling of desperation and fear. Or is it possible that we, as a group or even as a Nation or a Planet are actually raising our consciousness to a new level.
