Dying of Lethal Embarassment
Posted On 08/28/2008 17:47:06 by Alan

I mentioned in my one video that we all need to learn to read the sign posts of disease along the way through life. My cohort Brad King M.S., MFS. at every seminar or even when lecturing to 300 of North America top doctors, always brings up Bowel Movement or BM's for short. The mention of this to most people is like the sex and nudity thing in that it is just something we all need to deal with on our own, but should not talk about. Ergo the dying in individual, personal quiet. This due all to the fact of a very low knowledge base of biological function.

Lets face it, not one single human on the planet came with an owners manual, so we become dependent upon others for this information and knowledge, who have also learned little or nothing of truth to help us. There is also the fact that doctors as well as the medical mainstream allopathic concepts have a business to protect, so getting you healthy is NOT in their best interest.

Think of BM's this way: In your home rather then discarding garbage and waste daily we just let it sit around for 2, 3, or 4 days, then pick it up to remove it, to taking it outside. I used this analogy / illustration to say that we take better care of the inside of our homes, neatly detailed lawns, driveways and gardens then we do our internal absolutely required biological functions. Then when sick or ill ask "WHY ME?" why me indeed.

If you are not daily regular without strain, your metabolism and metabolic rates are showing you a sign. Typically that is dehydration as the colon recycles moisture through an elaborate vaccum and filtration system on the outside tubular tissue and membrane of the colon. But also can be and more then likely is an enzyme deficiency as well. You just don't go putting bricks and foundation blocks through a wood chipper like most people do with their digestive systems.

So what can be done to help???? you ask:

Increase nutrient rich foods...

Decrease food amount intake...

maybe even 24 hr fast once in a while.

Eat fiber type fruit such as oranges, apples, pineapple.

Keeping in mind that we lose 2.5 L of water from our body daily through respiration, perspiration and urination...

Keep your cells water plump and hydrated with high pH water.

NO product based laxatives or colon cleanses as they destroy all...good and bad.

I could go on for days but I do hope that the point has been made. IF not let me know about it...

Sincerely

AL

Well done Alan

It is one of those "don't go there" subjects but so important to not only physical health but mental health. The key word of balance applies also. In and out. Bm's alos have a lot of spiritual aspects to it like "holding in" like not "being open."

I think and under rated under discussed factor of our overall health.

Thanks for shining the light on this subject.

I once saw Dr. Christopher (of Dr. Christopher's herb fame) speak in a little town in mid-America 30 years ago.  His biggest point was that of the importance of elimination.  He spoke of toxins and bowels and colons.  In the mddle of the talk, a man stood up, obviously indignant and incensed.  He said, "I don't have to listen to this!" and out he stomped.  Dr. Christopher said, without skipping a beat--"see, that's an example of someone who needs my colon cleansing formula!"
