Stress is a stalker we don't see
Posted On 08/19/2008 13:25:12 by energyworker

Stress is a stalker that we don't see. Have you gone through any emotional or physical trauma? Physical and mental problems may be related to stress and anxiety. Stress can lead to a heart attack or stroke.

Some health experts say that 90% of disease and illness is stress related. When you are under a lot of stress, your life may be filled with negativity. A negative mental state is the breeding ground for illness.

The most common blocks to healing are negative attitudes and emotions that many people carry around all the time. These blocks must be overcome for healing to occur. Energy based therapies provide relaxation and reduce stress and give you a sense of well-being and calm. When your body is in a relaxed state, it is in a better position to heal.  There are many natural stress reduction things that you can do to bring your body into a more relaxed state.

Hi Sumner..thanks for letting me know about that..I forgot a period.

I found your comments interesting and thought provoking concerning exchanges, etc.  When I first started doing energy work we were told that there needed to be some sort of "energy" exchange, whether that was in services, money, gratitude, etc.  The problem was when someone received but did not give back in return, they would not receive the benefits from the work.

After reading your comments, I will reconsider paying for something in order to show appreciation for it's value..thanks!!!

Sue
