Along with the usual New Year's resolutions, my Spirit is once again reminded of how vital it is to remain focused in the moment. It is truly the only reality we have. Enjoying a fond memory brings back the love and emotion of a time gone by, but does little to acknowledge the myriad blessings of life now, as it is being lived each and every second.
