After starting my career as a professional dancer, I then went and 'got a proper job'! I spent 20 years working in advertising and towards the end suffered severely from undue stress. At that time I was extremely unhappy and my life felt like it was falling apart. Thanks to a stress management course, I have changed direction in my life and, as a specialist now in stress management, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy & Reiki, I work with individuals and organisations to help them lead happy and effective lives.
I love anything to do with music and learning about other people through my work and through travel.
I live with my partner, Ralph in London, Spain and New York and lead a charmed life.
