ABOUT ME
Though educated and qualified as a triple engineer (BS in Electrical, BS in Mechanical and MS in Manufacturing Systems), I found true happiness after taking a sabbatical and starting my Animal Massage business (www.woofsandhoofs.be ) which offers in-home consultations, workshops for owners and distance learning programmes in animal massage.

Since animals are more relaxed and comfortable in their own, familiar environment, I provide in-home massages for dogs, cats and horses of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Many of my clients are so relaxed they even fall asleep during the massage - which I take as a huge complement!

Just as with humans, the effects of massage on issues such as arthritis, hernia and general joint complaints in older animals are greatly reduced through the use of animal massage therapy.
However my clients include not only the old or infirm, but also competing animals, companion animals and young, growing animals. By keeping young, working, competing or growing bodies loose and comfortable, the opportunity for injury is reduced and small discomforts are resolved quickly before causing serious issues.

I also love teaching people how they too can improve the health and comfort of their pet every day by provide a relaxing and rejeuventaing massage for their pet. I regularly offer 1-day workshops for owners describing simple techniques and basic stretches that help keep animals healthy, active and comfortable.

For those who want to learn more, I recently began offering a distance learning programme. The Certified Animal Massage distance learning programme is very thorough with 10 modules completed at home and the final module, review and practicum completed at our location in Belgium to ensure full understanding of all the material. Not to mention, its a great excuse (and tax write-off) for a visit to Europe!

Sorry this is a bit longer than I had planned, but I just absolutely love my work now and want to tell everyone about the amazing benefits of animal massage. If you want to know more, stop by my website (www.woofsandhoofs.be ) or drop me a line at linda@woofsandhoofs.be.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi there....
I've been posting about the workshops at your place! I can't wait to see you, the animals, and score some great mixed grill at least one time (Kristof's company requested, of course! )

Love to you and critters,
Heidi

Hi there!!!!

I added the two Belgium events in 2010 to my web site Upcoming Workshops page.  I can add more later, but wanted to get something up.

I hope all is well with your family, two legged and four legged!  Give Twist a hug for me, and toss a toy for Alpha.

Love, Heidi

Beautiful dogs in those photos!

Did you know you can make your website link active in your profile, so someone can just click on it.

I sent a link to your website to a friend who also loves animals and is looking for a career change. She might be interesting in your Certified Animal Massage program.

Wishing you awesome and continuing success,

Namaste',

Sumner

YES!?

So glad to see you here.   I miss the Twist in my pit and the Alpha on my head.  Ok, not Alpha using my head for a pillow, but I do miss them!

Lessa is better!!!

Give my best to Kristof!
