Deleting someone's profile creates a new barrier to re-entry intot he community. IF you allow their dormant profile to remain they may just choose to re-visit one day and become an active and contributing member again. If they find their profile still exists they will be thrilled we didn't dis-own then and be more likely to become active again. If however someone is sparked to return or re-initiate their activity here and their profile has been deleted they may feel abandoned and simply choose not to re-engage int he community. As is often expressed we are building a spiritual commuity here and that means in many ways a church. I am sorry if you have energy around that word and in this case I feel it is appropriate. Now thining as a church organization, most churches will leave you ont he membership roles as long as they can in case you do decide to return and they can welcome you as a prodigal son or daughter returning to your home. If however we burn their bedroom and throw away all their stuff there is nothing to come home to. Let's take the analogy to the college level. If you went away to college and didn't come home for three or four years and barely called would you parents rent your room to someone else. Most likely not and if they did what would be the inventive to return to the family home? Jason I implore you to deeply consider the deeper message you send by deleting profiles. Granted these dormant profile may take a bit of server space and use no bandwidth btu their real value lies in the fact that this spiritual community is literally holding the space for their eventual return and eventual contribution to this organization and humanity as a whole. If we are truly abotu changign the soul of humanity we must start from within and I believe that throwing creating exclusivity by creating made made rules around participation is simply not the way of doing so. However honoring each person's path to enlightenement by simply holding the space for their intentions and hopeful retutn to this community is changing an old apradigm of use it or lose it. How about the old thought that "we'll leave a light on for ya." Heck we'll even keep your room reserved for you so when your ready you may return home, no judgement, no questions, just an open door waiting for your magnificence to shine upon our entire community. Ok anough for now I'm off to my Spiritual Leadership class. Thanks for the space to write and your thoguhtful ear and as always Jason, Thanks for all YOU ARE>>>>NAMASTE
Hey Robert!! You touch on a number of very valid points my friend so thank you for sharing. Perhaps it is a good idea to always leave the door open for the possibility that one day the 3rd prodigal son shall return home to join the family once again. This much I know, if we had an easy solution that served the greater good we'd go for it. More than anything I think people are faced with way too much information in an endless sea of choices. Our policy in effect encourages them to make a choice, do I want another network or don't I. In my humble opinion, peole or prospects who lie dormant for more than 6 months rarely if ever call you back. If you look at the JN most actives 99.9% of them got it right away. One last point we haven't touched on is legality. Facebook is starting to get sued for "dead people" profiles and identities being stolen from hackers trying to be somebody they are not. Given our word of mouth status, that all we need is ONE silly complaint that leads to a lawsuit and bam, JN is forced to close its doors. Might sounds far fetched but stranger things have happened. Anyway, keep on keeping on and may we find a way to bring the world together as One. Much love, Jason

WooHooo Brother Jason I love the new log in page, I have always been a fan of the go big or go home mantra, and I fully believe we can and will compete with the big three. You have renewed my interest and dedication in this network during the past few weeks, and I look forward to many years of frinedship. I actually have a major idea that would support the further growth of JN and will send you a detailed proposal in the near future. Here's to you, the new beta and being THE Social Network for Spiritual People, everywhere.

Hey Robert!! Really appreciate your friendship and look forward to hearing that idea real soon. Much love, Jason
Hey there
I trust you are well...thanks for considering me...Im picking my brain trying to think who I would know..Honestly, the first thought that came to me was the red door...some of them are involved with Rev. Mary Jo as you know and perhaps a few of them that work there are affiliated with RS.not sure....otherwise, the only DJ's I know of live in CA...not Denver....
what are you looking for them for if I may ask?
Hey Savanna, A have a question that came up and Spirit directed me to ask you. SO...Do you know a spiritual Dj in the Denver area? I'm thinking something like the DJ's that play at the Red Door but prefer someone connected to Religious Science. If you know anyone please let me know. Thanks for considering and as always Thanks for BEING You.

Hi Rob, Thanks for dropping me a note. I appreciated your support!!
Communities are tricky things to navigate, both warm bodies and electronic versions!! It's challengin to be a leader these days, there is so much noise you have to compete with, you sometimes forget that people follow better when they are listened to, not shouted at!! All caps!! It's a lot of trial and error and great that you have Jason to watch and evaluate what is or is not working!!
What I really wantd to say, but refrained, is that it can be a little co-dependant when you rely on your comunity too much to do what you want them to do, unless it's got strict rules. It's up to Jason the create his site, it is JASON'S network after all. It's not up to us to do all of that. We are all here for our own reasons, and his motivations are for him to fullfill himself. Now where those converge, that is the intersting part where the creativity can emerge. But people need to be invited to that and again, clear boundaries about that is collaborative and what is not.
Send me an email if you want to talk about this further - revcathy@mindspring.com. Sounds like you have some interesting ideas.
All the best, Cathy
Thanks much for the friend invite, Rob. I'm always open to learning & your site here certainly offers much! Look forward checking it all out.
Wishing you a lovely day!

Jason, What is the twitter address for JN?
Hey Robert!! First of all, hope u enjoyed your time atop our Website of the Week and that www.SpiritEvolving.com got some well deserved exposure. As for Twitter, we dumped our account 2 months ago. The massive onslaught of spam when combined with the "What's in it for me?" vibe proved to be too much. Nevertheless, to each his own my friend. Much love, Jason

Hi Rob,
I have just visited your web site and I have to say at a quick first glance it is very interesting. I am not a group follower nor do I subscribe to any particular faith. Over the years I have come to acknowledge the truth that is within and without my being. If it was not for Jasons email I would not have checked out your site but, what I have read resonates with my sense of what is.
Thank you for being who you are I will find more time to check out your site in depth. The music is wonderful.
Light, love and hugs from me.
Phil
