Available for anyone who trains outside Southern California
This is a convenient program for those who have the desire to change their body & see big goals achieved but are not in Southern California. This coaching has been used successfully by men and women across the U.S. and around the world including:
Great Britain, Australia, Portugal, Argentina, South Africa, Israel, Canada, Lebanon, India, Russia and Brazil.
The Warrior Workout Coaching Program:
The coaching program of Warrior Workout works in the following manner. Upon your initial Email inquiry with your questions, I'll schedule a time when we can talk (and the call is free) so that we can go over all your questions. Should you decide that I'm the right coach for you, I'll then schedule a second call (or we can do it on the same call) to obtain the information I need to determine the best training and approach that'll work for you. We'll review your current training, nutrition, injuries and goals, as well as anything related to specific time-frame, duties and tasks you've been assigned, environmental conditions you'll be operating or competing in and other issues related to your specific situation.
This is not a cookie cutter program! Each person I work with gets a personalized program, both training and nutrition are specific to you. The more detailed you can be on these details, the better.
Some specific examples that have come up for previous clients...

I'm experiencing shin splints... how can I get rid of them?

I'm no longer transitioning well from my swims to my runs... what can I do?

Each of these are examples current clients are now successfully dealing with and it's why I ask the questions I do. I can be of some help here... but only if I know what's going on. That's why I say... and mean... this is not a cookie cutter program.
The next thing is get started!
Nutrition information is the first thing and I'll be emailing you the logic/overview of how your nutrition is going to be put together, with specific things I recommend you do. Supplementation (if any) will also be addressed.
Next, we'll schedule weekly calls by phone that'll last up to a half hour for your training and coaching. In the initial weeks I'll Email your training program before we talk so we can review it during the call. In subsequent weeks, I'll Email following our conversation so I can incorporate any issues that have come up in that weeks' training. Coaching over the phone works... I'm even training a guy for this years' Summer Olympics using this method.
You can Email me at any time in between our calls too. You won't be cut off.
You also have the freedom to complete your coaching at any time, though I do ask that you complete the full month as it has a bearing on your training program. I'm not here to make you dependent on me. I'm here to provide the help and answers you need, provide the tools, then give you the freedom to execute. Some have trained with me for over 7 years... others only a couple months. You decide. You can get started any time... the month starts with the first coaching call.
And it's also very affordable with a discount for vets, current military or anyone training for Indoc, BUD/S, Boot Camp, OCS... ok, you get the idea. And the discount is available for law enforcement and fire crew too!

How can it be that we have what seemingly is an entire population of Americans on a diet, following all the 'rules', yet we're still getting fatter?

Food is BIG business… there is a lot of money at stake and unfortunately we are like sleeping sheep being led to slaughter. Every day we’re bombarded with advertising, even on food packaging itself throwing us a stream of mumbo jumbo that simply isn’t true. All to get us to part with our dollars, buying every sort of crap food we can, trusting that what we've been told is accurate.
So we buy food filled with fat made from plastics because it’s ‘low in cholesterol’, colored sugar water labeled as a ‘sports drink’, candy bars sold as energy food and bread that never rots.
All those seemingly healthy diet foods, prepared frozen meals and 'low fat' products; because of all the additives in them, end up being worse than some of the products they were meant to replace.
Look at the nutrition labels of the food in your house. The real culprits are High Fructose Corn Syrup, Vegetable Oil, Cottonseed Oil, Partially Hydrogenated Fats... the list goes on.
And sadly, it seems almost every name brand product out there, including those supposedly healthy diet foods are filled with them.
And it's making us fatter and fatter.

My program educates you about all this. Of course we'll deal with 'frequency' and 'portion sizes', but this isn't about tearing away from the tight grip of your fingers some of the things you love... but re-directing you to better choices and brands of the same types of foods.

Enhancements: Where Training Comes Alive!
In the 'expedition' of life we don't exist in a static box. We are active in heat, in cold, at altitude, wet and dry. If your sport, activity or future deployment is conducted in these special environments, you need to reflect that in your training.
I encourage you to look at one of Warrior Workout's specialized training enhancments. This is the same info and training I've used to get people ready for S.E.R.E., Special Ops, deployment as well as Ironmans, climbing and survival/wilderness programs
