My intention is to do and be the BEST I can, every day and with every person I meet, including myself. I will walk in my power and truth, and I will be gentle with myself and with others.

I intend to live each day fully and authentically, to be present with all I meet, and to meet all in the center of their authentic selves.

I remind myself that the greatest gift I can give is to fully see another, to hear another, and to be present with another. I recognize that allowing myself to be seen and to be heard is also the practice of Presence.

It is my goal to honor the beauty in all manifestations of the divine, to find a place within me to love all with whom I have contact, and to respect each one's individual journey.

My own journey is my own responsibility, and I intend to walk that journey fully mindful of it as an offering to the expanding consciousness of manifestation."

Well....I'm a mother of 3 adult children whom I adore. One has just taken off for London, UK to teach for a year or maybe more, one is getting married next June and the youngest is making his mark on the world in a multitude of ways. They are my pride and joy...beyond words!!!

I have worn many hats since originally getting married in 1975. I was a student, wife, mother, student again. I did catering, cake decorating and then had a chocolate business...all when my children were little. Then I got my teaching degree when I was 37-ish. That was an interesting year ~ perfectionism when right out the window!!! I taught for 5 years and then my marriage came to an end in 1995.

Life had it's ups, downs, challenges and opportunities...a huge learning curve for sure!!!By 2002 I was feeling quite burnt out and moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I loved it out there...especially going to the mountains!!! Their majesty can't help but touch the soul. While there I studied Professional Kinesiology, Brain Gym, BodyTalk, became a dowser, supply taught and also became a certified Virtues Project Facilitator. I met awesome people during my stay there.

I was there until September of 2006 when my father's illness drew me back home to Ontario. I was blessed with a job before I even arrived back...so all was in Divine hands. I was moved to also do retreat coach training. I am not particularly happy with teaching in the regular school system. At the present time I am opening to what is waiting to emerge as I discover,open to and align with my purpose.

I am thoughtful, sensitive, and caring person. I have a playful, youthful and somewhat adventurous spirit with a natural curiosity about life. Personal integrity, compassion, thoughtfulness, open communication and courtesy (plain old-fashioned manners) are high on a list of priorities. Family and friends are important to me. I have learned in the past year that family is something we should never take for granted. Laughter and a sense of humour are important, they help through awkward moments and challenging times!!!

I prefer small town/country living. Although I enjoy some of the finer things in life (going out for dinner, dancing, to a show or performance)…I truly enjoy the simple things and am pretty down to earth.

I currently teach elementary school (grade 5). I have also learned and trained in several alternative healing modalities.

My ethnic background is Ukrainian. I have experienced many beautiful traditions and customs. My friends come from a very WIDE variety of ethnic, spiritual and cultural backgrounds.
