I am devoted to sharing the wonderful esoteric teachings from the Toltec tradition. As a Master Toltec Teacher trained by don Miguel Ruiz, author of "The Four Agreements®" - I've written "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Toltec Wisdom," a wonderful book which includes everything you could possibly want to know about everything Toltec! www.sherirosenthal.com In addition I am the author of "Banish Mind Spam: Four Steps for Deprogramming Self-Limiting and Self-Sabotaging Beliefs" and co-created the WITH Forgiveness project (52 days of free forgiveness lessons, affirmations and exercises). In my previous life I was a Podiatrist for 16 years and the director of a surgical residency program.

<If someone could take the word "hell" and add an "o" for a greeting, I could do the same with heaven!! Blessings for the add! My sister has your first name, and it has the same spelling.
Until I find another quote or excerpt that deeply resonates in my spirit I will be using this perfectly appropos favorite thought,as a comment for all my friends, an excerpt from Daniel C. Matt's "Essential Kabbalah" <bracketed words are my addition>:
