Hi Lydia,


Your life and your beliefs and your path does certainly have many similarities to mine. In 2001 I learnt EFT and I have used it many times on and for myself as well as my clients so I know what you are talking about. A year ago I learnt this healing technique called Ho'Oponopono which I find to be the most effectful technique I have ever come across.


Yes, it can indeed be tough at times to be far away from family and friends however it teaches one to overcome whatever challenge one is faced with. I feel certain I would never have evolved to be the spirit as I now am had I stayed in my home country.


I went through a very tough and challenging process years ago when I was faced with people at the company where I worked who did not speak the truth to me. I knew this however I could not say anything. Going through all that enabled me to one day give it all up and move far away.


I hope you have a sparkling day youself.
