Tripping You Up before you fall...

I just viewed a segment on ABC about "Training You To Fall", by actually tripping you to see how you would react if you fell. They strap the person into a harness, and took the person through a series of tripping examples to measure this reaction when the person was tripped or made to slip. Went on to say that falling is one of the leading causes of death and injury in elderly people. Yes, I do agree that point and certainly can be avoided if addressed at an earlier stage of life. Also went on to say that results in strength and stability can be recovered within only a few weeks. Absolutely do I agree that this can be experienced. But here's the question I pose..."Do you have to be strapped into a harness and forced to slip or trip to become introduced to this information...Heck No!
