For the last several years I’ve been a restaurant trainer and manager for a major national restaurant chain. Loved what I was doing and was considered one of the best. I started out washing dishes, then waited tables, next was management and corporate training. Wow, that sounded like I just moved up the ranks. I did, but it was over a period of 8 years and many different employers and not all the jobs I had were in the restaurant industry. I never had a problem with any job that I had. I mean, I was good at whatever, so long as I was trained properly.
Through the restaurant industry is how I found my passion. I absolutely love helping people. The joy that I got from empowering trainees and teaching them how to go and make lots of money on their own is unmatched. I loved seeing smiles on my guests’ faces because they had a great experience. That’s how I gauged a great day.
Let me take you back a bit…..I born in Suffolk, VA but received my grammar and high school education in Virginia Beach, VA. I guess we could say that I grew up in VaBeach. I graduated from Salem High in 1996. Wrestling was my activity of choice until I stumbled upon this thing they call DRUGS. When I say drugs, those who know me will tell you, I did some serious partying. To keep a long story short, for the next 10+ years I was on an endless road to nowhere, and I was travelling very very fast. By the grace of God I’m so happy to say, I’ve been completely delivered from the strongholds and bonded me to the devils playground.
AND THEN…
Jamaal Alexander Mitchell was born!

I am a super happy, proud single father. My son is my life saver. He is a TRUE BLESSING. I thank God for sending me a son to interrupt my trip to hell. Jammy gave me inspiration. He grounded me. He made me want more for myself so I could give more to him. My family was my motivation to excel in my JOB.
John Addison calls a job,” Just Over Broke.” HA!
After opening a few restaurants in a few states as a Corp. Trainer, going through a devastating break up, a major drug addiction/ recovery. I decided to build my own dream, instead of someone else’s.
A good friend that new my passion and wanting to help me succeed introduced me to Network Marketing. To be frank with you, I almost wouldn’t participate in my own rescue.
“You are the way you are because that’s the way you want to be. If you want to be any different, you would be in the process of changing it right now.” – Observation by Fred Smith
Once I got started with The Million Mind March and The Star Link Nation, the first thing I noticed was that the lifestyle I was living could in no way, shape, or form blend with the plans I have for the future.
I was working from home instead or running the streets. I want to be around to raising my son instead of calling from a different state or calling him from work.
Now I get to train people on different ways to help others and add INCREASE into their lives. The choice was made to move forward, change my life for the better, and to be positive towards life.
Making better choices led up to cutting every single one of my negative associations. God has given me the strength not to allow those associations into my life. My negative associations were KILLING ME!
Since then, I’ve been on a continuous road of PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. All honors are to GOD. He has brought nothing but blessings into my life, but I had to learn to trust Him first! I never thought that I could have this much happiness without hundreds of friends and lots of drugs and alcohol ;-D And the best part is I get to GROW SPIRITUALLY, MENTALLY, and FINANCIALLY while showing others how to do the same.
Well, that’s my story. I couldn’t be any more transparent.
