Being outdors; walking, hiking, camping, beaches, gardening, fishing, riding, swimming, etc.-nature is beautiful!
Listening to music, photography, reading, cooking, playing with kids (they are like little gurus if you care to listen) and being around animals.

I enjoy anything that makes me laugh, cry or moves me. Watching movies (even bad ones) on a cold and/or rainy day, curled up on the couch with a blanket-that's nice. Everyone should allow themselves that indulgence once in a while.

I can enjoy almost any kind of music (I'm all over the map on that subject)with the exception of progressive jazz and a few others.
My favorite is listening to an acuistic guitar by a fire. I even enjoy my massage music.

Books by Wayne Dyer, Deepok Chopra and George Anderson. A New Earth, The Secret, Intuition, The War of Art, Everything Happens for a Reason. I just picked up a copy of Power vs. Force by David Hawkins...very interesting stuff.

Kindness, honesty, generosity, random acts of either! Simplicity, nature, laughter, stillness, a meaningful glance or smile. The bodys ability to heal itself.

Selfish behavior, egotistical minds, negativity, mean people, ignorance...

Providing quality massage therapy for my clients is my focus.
East Coast Professional Massage was created so that I can reach out to a broader public. Currently, I have a wonderful, private clientelle as well as providing massage services for health fairs, professional sporting events and high end establishments.
I am looking forward to the day that insurance companies begin adding massage to covered benefits for stress reduction and injury prevention.
I graduated massage school in 1995 and even after 1350 hours-that is when the real learning began. Over the years I have taken courses in aromatherapy, energy work, refloxology and then some. The great thing about bodywork is that I can use any part of a modality during a treatment to achieve a desired effect.
In 2004, I went back to school and obtained a license in esthetics (skin care).
Helping others feel good about themselves physically and emotionally is very rewarding.

I am learning a great deal about myself through life's experiences. I truly feel that everything (good and bad) happens for a reason. Keeping the right perspective and having a positive attitude makes all the difference-which is sometimes a hallenge.
Doing what makes you feel good is very important. There are endless potential opportunities to grow as a person if you are open to it.

Spending time with people that I love, people who make me laugh and those that I can be myself around is very important to me.

The greatest gift I've received in this life is without a doubt, my son. He is my sunshine, my inspiration and my truest joy.

Thanks for the friend invite. I am delighted to be your friend.
Massage therapy to me is one of the best methods to relax and restore one's sense of well being.

Hi Kristy,

I can't resist a picture of anyone with a horse so I wanted to stop by your site.  As I was reading about you, I was pretty amazed by how similar your information is to some of mine.  It's always fun to find that.

I wish the best for you and all of your work.

What you say about massage is interesting .. I too am a Massage Therapist and only `added it` to my work spectrum `for the rare occasion when one of my clients may have a real back problem` As soon as I started massage I did a 180 degree turn ... the effect of massage (when I believe done by someone with healing intention) is dramatic and multi faceted ... from what you`ve said I guess you find the same :)

I am still new here, testing my legs so to speak. I would be honored if you will add me as your friend.

I am an Advanced EFT Practitioner I work out of the box using Intuition, Angels and Meditation and the Power of Intention combined with EFT to great success, to help heal and transform lives. A place where even the Healer comes to get Healed, it's always harder to heal yourself.
