TURN OFF'S

People who live as victims in scripts they've written for themselves (blame others for their "lot in life"), pessimism, negativity, mean, careless, selfish, self centered, rude, obnoxious and shallow people who just don't get what's really important. Also, people who can't say sorry, admit when they've made a mistake or refuse to take responsibility for their actions and behaviors. Ugh!

ABOUT ME

I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutrition science. I'm a Personal Trainer, Whole Health Coach, speaker, President of Lifestyle Fitness, Inc. and the author of The Lifestyle Fitness Program: A Six Part Plan So Every Mom Can Look, Feel and Live Her Best along with From Mom To Wow: Your Ultimate Body, Mind and Life Makeover Guide.

I've been branded "The Mojo Coach" because for nearly 20 years, I've inspired and empowered unfit, overweight and overwhelmed women to "get their mojo back" through gradual lifestyle change. I have 2 certifications in pre/post natal fitness, have been featured in a few books on successful WAHM's (work at home moms) a featured expert on some websites, I serve on some advisory boards and I'm a frequent radio/podcast guest. I'm also a mom of 4.

One of my greatest sources of pride within my business is my successful charity program. Each month, 50% of any profit from anything I do goes to charity. Also each month, I choose a "Mom of the Month" (a mom who's made significant lifestyle changes-for her. Besides recognition in my newsletter, the chosen M.O.M. has the additional reward of deciding to which charity my profits go. Moms enjoy the global effects of her lifestyle changes and uses it as a teaching tool for her kids.

My greatest thrill and passion (besides my marriage and raising 4 kids and 4 dogs!) is encouraging women to become their personal and professional best.

Anything to motivate those on a path towards greater health, wellness and happiness is why I'm here.

Take some time today to think about those who love you. Imagine yourself through their eyes, and ask what it is about you that allows them to care so deeply. Looking at yourself from their perspective might help you understand ways in which you are connected and cherished by those you love and care about.
