ABOUT ME

I'm Carol, and I help people discover and design lives that bring them joy. I also suffer from terminal silliness on a regular basis.

I am a Certified North Star Life Coach trained by best-selling author and O Magazine columnist, Martha Beck. I am also a Coach Training Alliance Certified Life Coach.

I am available for weight loss coaching as well, with personal experience in that area, having recently lost over 60 lbs on Weight Watchers.

I help you get from where you are in your life to where you want to be. I help you figure out what's working in your life, and weed out the stuff that isn't working. I help you find the answers that are right for you. The answers we seek are inside us, but sometimes we need some help finding them. That's where I come in.

I help my clients design lives that bring them joy, and break through self-limiting beliefs and fears in order to experience the joy on the other side.

I also talk to dead people. Sometimes, they talk back.

While I've had some ability all my life, things really seem to have kicked into high gear after 9/11. Among other things, I'm a member of the Ground Zero volunteer community, and I seem to have inherited a few "spiritual hitchhikers" along the way. It doesn't bother me or scare me, since I seem to attract spirits who have a good sense of humor. My relationship with my guides is one full of laughter. I feel truly blessed to have them in my life.

Somehow, along the way to doing that, I crossed paths with James Van Praagh, and my journey has taken a different course into the world of mediumship. Funny how stuff like that happens, isn't it?

Take some time today to think about those who love you. Imagine yourself through their eyes, and ask what it is about you that allows them to care so deeply. Looking at yourself from their perspective might help you understand ways in which you are connected and cherished by those you love and care about.
