I'm really into the outdoors....because I live near the mountains. Everyday I can be found trail-running, hiking, mountain biking or road biking. Winter I'm snowshoeing or cross country skiing (downhill too!)
I do a few triathlons ever year. Olympic distant mostly. I love my road bike almost as much as my family (I'm kidding!)
I love my Apple Computer...love technology, digital photography, traveling.

We define all areas: Spiritual, Relationships, Physical Fitness, Financial/Professional Success & Personal Development. The LifeVision includes all the details! Action Plan (The How), the When & By-When, the Motive (WHY) and it is completely overlaid with emotion!
The LifeVision is first created on paper (or computer) in sections. It is fine-tuned and tweaked until it feels complete as an expression of the "ideal you". It is then recorded (with Baroque music in the background) onto a CD (ipod) and listened to daily. The process of listening daily to the ideal life you intend to create is incredibly powerful.
