Hello, my name is Alan Mulkey, I am a Professional Photographer with emphasis on Landscape and wildlife Photography. I love life and living life in every possible amalgamation. I am blessed
with so many things including my family, my friends and having the opportunity not only to
live life, but hopefully adding more to it by being the best I can possibly be.
I believe in not being judgmental in others in what they do or how they perceive things
as different viewpoints are the building blocks of evolution. I always try to give more than I receive. I am the friend I seek. I try to be the father I admire so much.
As I climb the ladder of life, I try remember each rung and I have touched and passed & what it has given me so that I may extend my hand and hopefully guide others climbing behind me. Life is about what we give to each other, not what we can gain. I hope that in my lifetime, I can be worthy of the gifts life has given me.
I am deeply involved with the American Diabetes Association, Habitat for Humanity and the One Campaign. I would invite you to please get involved with any charitable organization you feel strongly about. With only a few hands and a lever, the world can be moved, we just need to join together to make it happen.
I am also a wood carver, mainly relief carvings, but also do three dimensional work and it is one of my many passions in life. I feel so alive when my hands are holding a gouge and I have made the very first cut into the wood. Creation comes in many forms and I have found I am so much more alive with every piece I finish. I imagine it is the same for anyone who creates.
I truly believe that if more people today could capture that wonderful feeling, the world would start to heal and become what it was meant to be.
I do own my own studio in Chandler, AZ. for portrait settings which include headshots, school portraits, pets, Commercial product photos, fashion, high fashion, album covers, and band shots, either on set or on location, grand openings of the world’s hottest clubs. I also travel for my clients needs such as banana Boat, Cover Girl, Revlon etc… I have a full portable studio which can be taken anywhere in the world. I am equipped with makeup artists, hair stylists everything you need to get the most bang for your buck. I also offer the ability to shoot in front of blue and green screen to place you in any setting you desire, even though you may not be able to go there in person. The shots are seamless and are breathtaking.
Turn around for your new photographs are in days, not weeks as some other Photographers’ insist on offer. You will have the opportunity to proof your shots before buying and part of my service is to guide you in the direction that is best for your needs now and in the future.
In terms of prints, I offer sizes from wallet prints to full size canvas which can be up to 40” X 60” in a wrapped form or with a beautiful frame.
Just to list a few of our services not mention above, I offer black & white to Sepia, which looks great on canvas, Background removal or change, restoration – i.e.: fixing old snapshots, removing scratches, color fading etc…, photo collage- multiple images on one print or canvas to tell your story with multiple shots,
Retouching – from minor to major - Red-eye removal, date stamp removal, color adjustment, specific cropping, brightness, defects or minor scratches to Removal of objects integral to scene (people), composition of several images, and replacement of a background are examples. Major retouch requests are subject to acceptance by our artists, and in rare cases extra charges may be required. No worries, though, we'll call you and discuss everything with you first!
